Emergency maintenance request AFTER HOURS ( Monday – Friday AFTER 5pm, a holiday, or weekend all day) please call the EZ Repair Hotline at 888.247.4951

Emergency Requests are for No running or hot water, no cooling or hearing in extreme weather or a flood.

Be advised that any non emergency maintenance requests received after 5pm, on a weekend or a major holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

If you have a non-emergency maintenance request, please submit it via your tenant portal. IF YOU HAVE A NON-EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUEST, PLEASE SUBMIT IT VIA YOUR TENANT PORTAL AND IT WILL ADDRESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
