    Minimum Rental Requirements

    Thank you for taking the time to apply for one of our rental properties. Below you will find a list of our minimum rental requirements to be considered for approval.

    Please review and check off each of the following requirements:

    1. What property are you applying for? *
    2. Application Fees are Non-Refundable. *
    3. Each occupant over the age of 18 must apply. *
    4. Each applicant must provide a legible copy of their State Issued ID or Driver’s License. *
    5. Each applicant must have and provide their Social Security Number for the purposes of processing their background, credit, criminal, and eviction history. *
    6. Each applicant must have a minimum credit score of 670 and must have no collections within the last year. *
    7. Combined household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent amount. *
    8. Each applicant must provide their 3 most recent Bank Statements showing an ending balance of at least 2 times the monthly rent amount. *
    9. Each applicant must provide 4 of their most recent pay stubs from their current employer(s). *
    10. Each applicant must have good rental history with No Evictions. *
    11. The Mor Group does not accept co-signers for this rental application. *
    12. Regarding Service Animals, Assistance Animals, or Emotional Support Animals: Applicants must provide documentation from a Physician, Psychiatrist, Social Worker, or other Mental Health Care Professional showing that the animal provides emotional support that alleviates one or more of the identified symptoms or effects of an existing disability. *

      Stephanie Sibley is a unique Nevada resident in that she is a person actually born and raised in Las Vegas, graduated from Las Vegas High School, and was the first in her family to graduate from college, receiving bachelors of arts degree in psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

      An outgoing individual who participated in many extracurricular activities in high school, she speaks fluent Spanish, and now balances her time between her family, her business, and her charitable activities.

      Stephanie is an active philanthropist in the Las Vegas community. In 2008, she and her ex-husband founded the Sibley Family Foundation, a 501(c)(3) foundation that supports many charities both locally and nationally. In October 2011, she and her ex-husband were inducted into The Cleveland Clinic 1921 Society for their generous donations to support research for Alzheimer’s and many other neurological diseases. She and her ex-husband have also received an award from the Clark County Pro Bono Project for their support in seeing that all people, especially the needy, have access to attorney’s who graciously volunteer their time to help those in need be able to navigate through the legal system.

      Stephanie has also served on the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth Board and has chaired the Keep Memory Alive dinner committee for the past three years in support of the annual Power of Love Gala for the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. She also joined the Board of Keep Memory Alive in 2015. She has spent many hours on fund raising for the POL by helping to sell gala tables, secure auction items, both live and silent in support of the brain centers research. One of Stephanie’s strongest qualities when it comes to fund raising is that she is not afraid to make the ask. Stephanie is able to encourage people to want to donate because she is pleasant and able to educate people on the topic. She is confident in her fundraising abilities and hopes to be able to dedicate more of her time to this important work. Most recently, Stephanie was appointed to the Advisory Board for Nevadans for Background Checks.

      Stephanie is well known in the Las Vegas community as a strong business leader. Her career includes 10 years of service at Nevada Legal News as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2009, Stephanie founded Nevada Legal Support Services, a legal support and licensed process serving company which has grown to one of the largest process serving companies in the state, having completed more than 500,000 serves since its formation. Having personally more than 15 years of experience in the foreclosure industry, Stephanie’s company Nevada Legal Support Services also provides trustee auctioneer support throughout the state, and the company has also conducted more than a billion dollars of real property auctions. She currently has over 50 employees throughout the State of Nevada.

      Stephanie’s ability to manage complex business challenges, make high-stake decisions and Stephanie’s ability to manage complex business challenges, make high-stake decisions and successfully drive growth while maintaining high standards has played a key factor in her success.

      Stephanie is proud to be a part of the Las Vegas community and is now selling real estate.
