    Thank you for taking the time to apply for one of our rental properties. Below you will find a list of our minimum rental requirements to be considered for approval.

    Please review and check off each of the following requirements:

    1. What property are you applying for? *
    2. Application Fees are Non-Refundable. *
    3. Each occupant over the age of 18 must apply. *
    4. Each applicant must provide a legible copy of their State Issued ID or Driver’s License. *
    5. Each applicant must have and provide their Social Security Number for the purposes of processing their background, credit, criminal, and eviction history. *
    6. Each applicant must have a minimum credit score of 670 and must have no collections within the last year. *
    7. Combined household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent amount. *
    8. Each applicant must provide their 3 most recent Bank Statements showing an ending balance of at least 2 times the monthly rent amount. *
    9. Each applicant must provide 4 of their most recent pay stubs from their current employer(s). *
    10. Each applicant must have good rental history with No Evictions. *
    11. The Mor Group does not accept co-signers for this rental application. *

    • Aventura Park. Spanning over 20 acres, Aventura Park is the largest of Inspirada’s parks. Here you’ll find a heated pool, dog park, children’s play area, and ramadas for a relaxing day out. If you enjoy playing sports, the park has several multi-use and Little League baseball fields as well as tennis, basketball, and grass volleyball courts.

    Due to its setting and elevation, Inspirada offers some of the finest views in Henderson. If you’re up for hiking, biking, or swimming, here are some places to visit in and around the community:

    • Inspirada The Overlook. Commands views of the surrounding desert, mountains, and city skyline. This vantage point is located in a 2.2-acre park with a trailhead and botanical garden that harbors over 200 plant species that thrive in the arid desert landscape.
    • Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area. Just within driving distance, this conservation area encompasses 48,438 acres and includes a portion of the Mojave Desert. It is a prime spot for hiking, biking, and nature photography.

      It is best known for the Sloan Canyon Petroglyph Site, a cultural site with more than 300 Native American rock art panels and almost 1,700 depictions of native cultures that hark back to the Archaic and historic eras.

    • North McCullough Wilderness. This 14,790-acre recreation area is located within the Sloan Canyon NCA and offers miles of hiking and biking paths. Its unbridled landscape was formed out of volcanic activity with remnants of lava flows and ashfall throughout. The natural scenery is perfect for a solitary and memorable trip.
    • Madeira Canyon Park. Located in Henderson, this park is known for summer BBQs with picnic shelters and grassy areas for outdoor gatherings. It also features a splash pad, walking trail, playground, ball field, and basketball and tennis courts.
    • Black Mountain Trailhead. The 7.5-mile round trip hike ascends 2,054 feet to the summit of an ancient volcano and the highest peak of the North McCullough Range within the Sloan Canyon NCA. The summit offers sweeping views of the surrounding desert and native plant life.
    • Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Located approximately 30 miles from Henderson, Lake Mead holds the distinction of being America’s first national recreation area. It encompasses over 1.5 million acres of slot canyons, mountains, canyons, and valleys populated by Joshua trees.

      It is home to Lake Mead, which provides access to over 750 miles of pristine shoreline, and Lake Mohave, which features sandy coves and brilliant waters. Popular activities include hiking, biking, camping, swimming, boating, fishing, and hunting.

    Civita Town Center, formerly known as Inspirada Town Center, is a lifestyle complex and community hub spanning 300 acres in West Henderson. Upon completion, the town center will have a casino, convention and conference center, and cultural and entertainment venues. It will also have a mix of retail spaces, restaurants, offices, and residential units. The pedestrian areas will have outdoor seating, awnings, and canopies.

    In addition to the town core, there are several shopping centers, big box stores, and salons within four to five miles of the community. Anthem-Highlands Shopping Center has a pharmacy and several coffee shops, fast food joints, and casual dining restaurants. Residents can also drive to Albertsons, CVS, Walgreens, and UPS.
